If the deployment of infoOptics will be mission-critical to overall information systems objective, we highly recommend you put a support and maintenance agreement in place.

If you are experiencing issues with your current UDT or IO installation, we have several options for you to have the issues resolved quickly and professionally by the publishers of the software.  Here is an overview of our support offerings:

  • 12 month support contact @1400.00 per 12 month period
  • 6 month support contact @800 per 6 month period
  • Per incident support starting at $249.00 per incident

We also offer support for our legacy products (SYNCMaster and Campaign).  Please contact us for details.
